Cangurín

A quoting assistant for travel-insurance sales teams. Paste a customer's chat, dictate it or share a screenshot, and get an exact quote in seconds.

  • Reads messy, real-world messages: typos, dictation, dates in any format and on-device OCR of screenshots. A 13,000-message test battery keeps it honest.
  • Multi-country by design: each zone has its own currency, official exchange-rate source, age rules and contacts.
  • Private by default: rates and manuals ship encrypted, access is granted per device by code, and sensitive screens block capture.

  • The server recomputes price, product and eligibility on every order; nothing the browser sends is trusted.
  • Zero-Trust security audit in four rounds, closed and verified against production.
  • The exchange rate updates itself from the central bank, with a fallback cascade and an alert when the source fails.

How we work

One phase at a time. Proof before shipping.

  1. Rules first

    The client's business rules are written down and dated before any code: how days are counted, which currency rules, who may see what.

  2. Phases that ship

    Work is cut into phases. Each one ends deployed, documented and handed over, never half-done in a branch.

  3. Security on its own

    Security is never mixed with features. It gets dedicated sessions: audits, rule tests and attacks against our own production.

  4. Proof, not "it builds"

    Real browsers, emulators running the production build and large test batteries. A build that compiles is the floor, not the finish.

  5. Ship and listen

    Over-the-air updates and privacy-respecting telemetry. Every real message the system misunderstands becomes a new test.
